Much of our program is based on the powerful work of Mona Brookes, art educator and innovative speaker. She is the author of a series of drawing books for children and teens (and mentions adults may like it too). Her book is: 'Drawing with Children: A Creative Teaching and Learning method That Works for Adults, Too".

This teaching method is based in ‘seeing’ and paying attention to details as to what is there. Remarkable transformations happen as the young artist moves through different steps. It’s about having fun and also about being serious and focused.
